John Ray Libiran

John Ray Libiran serves as the Dean of the School of Law at the University of Baguio since June 2023, while also holding roles as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Philippine Association of Law Schools and as a member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. With extensive experience as a Legal Specialist for the Mining Industry Coordinating Council and a Legal Consultant for the House of Representatives, John Ray has contributed to various legal practices, including serving as IP Specialist at Mott MacDonald Singapore and as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Philippine Military Academy. Formerly a Professor of Law at the University of the Cordilleras, John Ray taught subjects such as Constitutional Law and Environmental Law. John Ray's academic credentials include a Doctor of Juridical Science and a Master of Laws from San Beda University, a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of the Philippines.
