Jian Xin Lim

Jian Xin Lim has held various roles in different organizations. They worked as a Project Manager and Research Lead at the University of Bath, where they managed a team and oversaw the development of a VR application for sexual harassment prevention. They also worked as a Peer Assisted Learning Leader, providing support to fellow students. Additionally, they were part of a team at the university conducting a survey on scholarship students' underutilization of a VIP scheme and made marketing recommendations based on the analysis. They then worked as a Sustainability and Carbon Consultant at Age UK Bath & North East Somerset, and as a member of a team at Tivarri Limited, where they focused on calculating carbon footprints for cloud computing.

Jian Xin Lim completed their A Level and EPQ at Hills Road Sixth Form College from 2019 to 2021. From 2021 to 2024, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Bath. Additionally, in 2023, they obtained the Certified Carbon Literate certification from The Carbon Literacy Project and the iKeep Intrapreneurial Training Award from SETsquared Bath Innovation Centre.
