Steph Calley

Steph Calley, BSc MBA, is currently the Data Governance Manager at the University of Bath, leading the implementation of a data governance programme aimed at enhancing data quality. Responsibilities include managing data quality projects, supporting over 350 data-related colleagues, and developing a university-wide SharePoint site. Previous roles at Bath Spa University included Data Governance Developer and Data and Insights Analyst, focusing on reliable datasets for Business Intelligence. Prior experience at the University of Bath involved data analysis for admissions and research positions. Additionally, experience spans roles at Lloyds Banking Group in change analysis and pay policy, and customer service positions at Boots UK and McDonald's Corporation. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Higher Education Management at the University of Bath.
