Tim Hollingsworth Obe

Tim Hollingsworth OBE has extensive experience in leadership roles within the sports sector. Currently serving as a Professor of Practice (Sport) at the University of Bath and as a Non Executive Director for both ParalympicsGB and Komedia Bath, Tim's previous positions include Chief Executive Officer of Sport England from November 2018 to August 2025, and Chief Executive Officer of the British Paralympic Association from July 2011 to November 2018. Tim's early career highlights include key roles at UK Sport, HBL MEDIA LTD, Granada plc, and CBI. In addition to a solid educational background with a BA Hons and MA in Drama from the University of Exeter, Tim has received honorary degrees from both the University of Bath and the University of Exeter for services to sport.
