Marija Antanaviciute

Marija Antanaviciute, PhD, is a Policy & Foresight Fellow at the Nuffield Council on Bioethics since October 2024, contributing to an ethical lens for a horizon scanning and foresight project. Marija is also a Research & Policy Fellow at the University of Birmingham, involved in an international ESRC funded project examining the organization of ethical advice in governments across the UK, Germany, and Australia. Additional roles include Consulting for Eastside People, Research Consultant for HACT Housing, and previous experience as a Business Development Officer at Shelter UK, where responsibilities included service design and partnership development. Marija served as Chairman of the Board for the Lithuanian Youth Association in the UK, promoting political activism among young Lithuanians. Education includes a PhD in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London and a Master's from LSE, supplemented by undergraduate studies at Sciences Po and the University of St Andrews.
