Nicola Williams

Nicola Williams is an experienced professional in fundraising intelligence and project development, currently serving as the Associate Director of Development Services at the University of Birmingham since April 2024. Previously, Nicola held various leadership roles at Cancer Research UK from November 2019 to April 2024, including Senior Manager Fundraising Intelligence and Acting Head of Fundraising Intelligence & Performance. Nicola's career also includes significant experience at The Factary, where roles ranged from Research Manager to Research Director, overseeing research operations and collaborating with diverse sectors such as arts, education, and health.
