Zainab Rao

Zainab Rao is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in project management, communications, and the arts. Currently serving as a Project Manager Apprentice at the University of Birmingham since February 2020, Zainab has also held various roles including Student Experience and Wellbeing Comms Project Assistant, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer, College of Arts and Law Student Ambassador, and COVID-19 Campus Marshall. Zainab's work in the arts includes positions at Curve Theatre as an Usher, Front of House at The Alexandra, and writing for Redbrick Newspaper as an Arts & Culture Writer. Education includes a Master of Arts in Creative Writing and a Bachelor's degree in English and Classical Literature and Civilisation, both from the University of Birmingham, alongside A-Level qualifications from Beauchamp College.
