Ejiroghene Noserime

Ejiroghene Noserime has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving on the MBA Industry Advisory Board at the University of Bradford since February 2020. Previously, Ejiroghene held key leadership roles in companies including PZ Cussons as Head of Talent Acquisition and Development for Africa, and UBA Group as Head HRBP for the East and South Region. Ejiroghene's achievements at FBNQuest include designing leadership and mentoring programs, revamping learning methodologies, and enhancing employee engagement scores significantly. Ejiroghene's career at GTBank involved developing HR policies, managing performance frameworks, and leading the migration of HR processes to SAP SuccessFactors. Educational qualifications include an ongoing pursuit of ACIPM certification and previous credentials from SHRM and the HR Certification Institute, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Lagos.
