Sara Humphrey

Honorary Visiting Professor Faculty Health Studies at University of Bradford

Sara Humphrey serves as an Honorary Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Health Studies at the University of Bradford since April 2022. With a career spanning over two decades at the NHS Bradford Districts Clinical Commissioning Group, Sara holds positions as Associate Clinical Director for Dementia, Frailty & LD, and Clinical Lead for Older People and Stroke. Additionally, Sara operates as the Medical Director at Westcliffe Health Innovations Limited since April 2017 and is the Clinical Lead for the Yorkshire & Humber Clinical Network in Older People’s Mental Health and Dementia until March 2024. Previous experience includes roles at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust as GPwSI for the Older People Bradford Proactive Care Team and as a GP Partner at Affinity Care, alongside advisory roles within the Yorkshire & Humber Dementia SCN. Sara Humphrey's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Leeds, achieved in 1990.
