Sarah Goddard

Sarah Howells (nee Goddard) is a seasoned professional in placements and internships management with extensive experience across various educational institutions. Currently serving as the Placements, Internships and Volunteering Manager at the University of Brighton since September 2020, Sarah oversees a broad range of services from placement years to summer internships and is leading initiatives to integrate internships within academic modules. Prior roles include Professional Placements Co-ordinator at Kingston University and Placement Officer at the University of West London, where responsibilities encompassed career guidance, employer networking, and event management. Additionally, Sarah has teaching experience in Drama and related subjects in secondary education. Sarah's educational background includes a PG Dip in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the University of Brighton, an Advanced Diploma in the therapeutic and Educational Application of the Arts, and a PGCE in Drama with Secondary English from Aberystwyth University.
