Abel A.

Abel A. is a committed student at the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary, pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Financial Management Services since September 2019. Currently serving as a Project Controls Student Intern at Suncor, Abel contributed to process innovation by developing a Power BI Month End Stewardship Report. Previously, Abel held key roles in AIESEC Canada as Vice President of Finance, where financial plans were aligned with organizational objectives and team management was practiced, and as Director of Corporate Relations, effectively leading talent recruitment initiatives. Additional experience includes a finance summer position at Kindred Connections Society, where transaction accuracy was maintained, a sales associate position at Karrat Management, and volunteer work as a Tax Accountant at the University of Calgary Students' Union, showcasing a well-rounded foundation in finance, leadership, and client relations.
