Marion Garden

Marion Garden is an accomplished communications and marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Communications and Marketing for the Faculty of Arts at the University of Calgary since September 2023. Prior experience includes directing communications and marketing at Alberta University of the Arts from February 2017 to September 2023, where Marion played a key role in the institution's rebranding. Previous roles include Director of Marketing and Sales at the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, Marketing Manager at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, Deputy Editor at Dark Arts Ltd, and International Marketing Manager at Silva Screen Records Ltd. Marion holds a Master of Arts in Professional Communication from Royal Roads University, along with additional qualifications in marketing and media studies from Mount Royal University and Birkbeck, University of London.
