Mehdi Kara

Mehdi Karamollahi is a Senior Data Specialist at the University of Calgary since June 2023 and an Adjunct Instructor at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, where teachings include Microsoft SQL Queries and Azure Fundamentals. Prior to these roles, Karamollahi served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Calgary, focusing on data pipeline development and automated workflows. Experience includes IT support and instructional roles spanning multiple academic settings, as well as a background in systems engineering and consultancy with Tamin and Radvin Business Group. Karamollahi holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Calgary, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and the University of Isfahan, respectively.
