Sarah Parker

Sarah Parker is an accomplished professional in development and strategic management, currently serving as the Director of Development for Veterinary Medicine at the University of Calgary since September 2022. Previously, Sarah held the position of Executive Director at Glenbow Ranch Park Foundation from September 2017 to September 2022, where leadership encompassed staff management, budgeting, fundraising, and community engagement focused on conservation and educational initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as an Issues Management Specialist with the Government of Alberta, and various roles in communications, fundraising, and research across multiple organizations such as Parks Foundation Calgary and the Canadian Cardiovascular Society. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Environmental Studies from York University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a Minor in English Literature from Carleton University.
