Norma C. Cardona

Norma C. Cardona, MPA, currently serves as an Instructor at the University of California, Merced, focusing on leadership models and practical skills. As the Founder and CEO of Cultiva Greatness LLC, Norma empowers leaders to tackle imposter syndrome and build resilience. Previous roles include Vice President of Bitwise Merced, where efforts were directed towards connecting marginalized communities with tech opportunities, and Program Manager for the Merced Union High School District, where responsibilities included implementing educational policies for underserved students. Norma has also held various academic roles and completed Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Public Administration and Cognitive Science, respectively.
