Ashley Trinidad

Ashley Trinidad is a Research Project Coordinator at the University of California, Riverside, focusing on DIY air filtration systems to improve air quality and health in the Salton Sea region. Responsibilities include collaborating with community health care workers, leading workshops, administering health surveys, and analyzing air quality data. Previous experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Porter Group, presenting findings at national conferences, and holding positions as a CNAS Ambassador and PERSIST Fellow, which enhanced skills in research and professional development. Additionally, Ashley has gained hands-on experience as a Kaiser Permanente Youth Intern in the Emergency Room and as a Medical Assistant in a pediatric clinic. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of California, Riverside.
