Cody Norris

Cody Norris has extensive experience in the arts and emergency management, currently serving as Head Carpenter/Shop Supervisor and previously as Senior Preparator at the University of California, Riverside since November 2015. Prior roles include Art Handler at Gallery Services, Gallery Supervisor at California State University, Long Beach, and Emergency Project Manager at ServiceMaster Clean. Cody holds a Master of Fine Arts in Contemporary Practices from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's degree in Fine/Studio Arts from the University of California, Davis, supplemented by a Post Baccalaureate in Painting from the Rhode Island School of Design. Additionally, Cody is IICRC certified in multiple areas and serves as a continuing education instructor for Insurance Ethics. Prior experience also includes serving as a firefighter with the U.S. Forest Service and working as a Museum Assistant at UC Davis.
