Amanda Foote

Amanda Foote is currently serving as an Emergency Medicine Resident at the University of California, San Francisco since June 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania from 2015 to August 2022 and serving as a HealthCorps Member at Anderson Valley Health Center from August 2013 to July 2014. Additionally, Amanda held roles as a College & Career Counselor at Civicorps from July 2010 to July 2012 and as a Learning Academy Program Assistant at Civicorps Academy during the 2010-2011 term with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. Earlier experience includes working as a Research Assistant and Program Assistant in Special Immunology at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from September 2007 to May 2010. Amanda holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and a Master's of Arts in Urban Bioethics from Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Societies with a focus on Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania.
