Belda Gulsuyu

Belda Gulsuyu, MD, currently serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of California, San Francisco, under the supervision of Ethan Winkler, MD, PhD, since June 2023. Gulsuyu's involvement in neurological research extends to multiple organizations, including serving as an Ambassador for Brainbook and as a Medical Student Member of both the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and the European Association of Neurosurgical Societies. Additional memberships include the American Academy of Neurology and Yesil Science. Previous experiences include an International Visiting Scholar position at Barrow Neurological Institute and undergraduate research at Celal Bayar Üniversitesi. Gulsuyu holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Manisa Celal Bayar Üniversitesi, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Anadolu University, and an Associate's degree in Management of Health Institutions from Istanbul University.
