Daniel Chau has extensive experience in environmental services and waste management, currently serving as Recycling Program Manager at the University of California, San Francisco since May 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing recycling and waste reduction across multiple campuses. Previously, Daniel held various roles during internships with the City of Oakland and the California Academy of Sciences, notably coordinating a city-wide creek cleanup and increasing the diversion rate of waste management efforts to 90%.
