Michael Burgess

Michael Burgess has extensive experience in training and curriculum development, particularly in the realm of enterprise systems and financial modules. Currently serving as the Controller's Office Training Manager at UCSF since August 2014, Michael has previously held roles as a Senior Trainer and Senior Curriculum Developer at Kforce Inc., where involvement in a PeopleSoft upgrade project took place. Michael's background includes positions at UCSF as a Training Developer and Trainer, as well as a Sr. PeopleSoft Trainer at Mastech and a Sr. Trainer/Sr. Curriculum Developer at Gator Engineering. Additionally, experience includes contributing as an Adjunct Trainer at Montclair State University and as an Enterprise System Training Consultant at Celgene. Michael began a career in media as Imaging Director at Cox Communications between 1997 and 2003 and holds a degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
