Eduardo Tapia Jr-Urbieta currently serves as the Vice President of External Affairs for the Associated Students of UC San Diego, focusing on student advocacy at various government levels and promoting higher education issues. Additionally, Eduardo holds the position of Alumni Chair for the Society of Hispanic Students in Law at UC San Diego and is the University Affairs Vice-Chair for the University of California Student Association, where efforts include maintaining records of Regents and engaging with the Academic Senate. Previous experience includes serving as a Supplemental Instruction Leader at San Bernardino Valley College, an intern in the District Office of Congressman Pete Aguilar, and a Poll Worker for San Bernardino County HR. Eduardo is pursuing a degree in Political Science at UC San Diego, following an Associate of Arts in Humanities and Fine Arts from San Bernardino Valley College and a High School Diploma from Middle College High School.
