Chris Cardell

Chris Cardell is an accomplished facilities management professional with extensive experience in asset and capital management across various sectors. Currently serving as Facilities Asset and Capital Manager at the University of California Office of the President, Chris oversees over 85 million square feet of real estate while managing risk and budget constraints. Previous roles include Asset Utilization Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where Chris developed a risk-based asset management system, and Chief Operating Officer at Wavecco Energy Services, focusing on water transport operations for the natural gas industry.
