Elizabeth Wells

Elizabeth Wells is a seasoned communications strategist with extensive experience across various organizations, currently serving in the role of Communications Strategist at the University of California Office of the President since August 2023. Prior to this position, Elizabeth worked as a Senior Communications Associate at Transform Health, LLC, where oversight of all communications related to Medi-Cal reform and the development of strategic initiatives for clients was a primary focus. Elizabeth also held the role of Communications Director for the California State Senate, crafting external communications and developing key speeches. Previous experience includes significant positions at Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California as Communications Manager, where comprehensive communications programs were developed for statewide policy, as well as various other roles in political and public affairs. Academically, Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, following an Associate of Arts degree from Antelope Valley College.
