Kelsey Bagheri

Kelsey Bagheri serves as Principal Counsel for Health Regulatory at the University of California Office of the President since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kelsey held various legal positions at Providence including Corporate Counsel for Healthcare Regulatory and Associate Counsel for Hospital Operations in Southern California from September 2020 to June 2023. Kelsey was Assistant General Counsel for Healthcare Regulatory at Rush University Medical Center from June 2019 to August 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at McDermott Will & Emery LLP from April 2015 to May 2019, where Kelsey worked in the Health Industry Advisory Practice Group, along with prior roles as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate at the same firm. Kelsey's early legal experience also includes externships at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. Kelsey Bagheri holds a Juris Doctor degree with a Certificate in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
