Myra Lijek

Myra Lijek, PMP, MSIT, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health IT project management, currently serving as a Health IT Project Management Specialist at the University of California Office of the President since October 2012. Previously, Myra held the position of Director for the Healthcare Technology Program Office at UC Berkeley, overseeing a major transition from a legacy system to a new health management program. Prior roles include NextGen Consultant at Vitalize Consulting Solutions, Clinical Workflow Specialist at El Rio Community Health Center, and various positions focused on training and implementation in healthcare and technology sectors. Myra’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Project Management from Capella University, and a dual BA in Education and Vocational Technological Education from the University of Arizona and Northern Arizona University, respectively.
