Rachel Zaentz

Rachel Zaentz serves as the Senior Director of Strategic and Critical Communications and Senior Media Relations Officer at the University of California Office of the President since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Vice President, Communications at the Linked Learning Alliance from August 2019 to September 2023. Additional experience includes Senior Vice President at Finn Partners, Vice President and Associate Vice President at Widmeyer Communications, and Policy Fellow at the Institute for Educational Leadership. Rachel's earlier career includes roles at GMMB, The Century Foundation, St. Vincent de Paul Community Development Organization, and NDN. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from American University and a certification in Digital Marketing from General Assembly.
