Roshni Pratap

Roshni Pratap, MCIPS, is a Chartered Procurement Professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement management within the educational and health sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing for Information Technology at the University of California Office of the President since March 2018, Roshni leads the implementation of sourcing strategies that leverage UC-wide buying power while ensuring compliance and cost reduction. Previous roles include Strategic Sourcing Specialist at University of California Davis Health Systems and Materials Analyst II/Buyer at the University of California Davis Medical Center. Roshni also held significant positions at The University of the South Pacific, where leadership in procurement operations and strategic direction was provided. Roshni's educational background includes a Professional Diploma in Purchasing & Supply from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Accounting & Management from The University of the South Pacific.
