Amy Mollett has a diverse and extensive work experience in social media and digital communications. Amy started their career at SAGE Publishing, where they co-authored a book on using social media for research communication. Amy then joined The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they held various roles including Social Media Manager, Managing Editor of the LSE Impact of Social Sciences Blog, and Managing Editor and Podcast Presenter for the LSE Review of Books. During their time at LSE, they successfully grew social media communities, organized events, and published engaging content. Amy also worked at the Parliamentary Digital Service as the Head of Social Media, where they played a crucial role in leading social media initiatives. Amy then joined Imperial College Business School as a Social Media Strategist. Currently, Amy is working as the Head of Social Media, Video, and Photography at the University of Cambridge.
Amy Mollett holds a Master's Degree in Social Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language from the University of Sussex. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Shane Snow on Storytelling" from LinkedIn in 2021, "Podcasting Introduction" from Media Training Ltd in 2020, "Content Design 2-day course" from Content Design London in 2019, "Paid Social" from Econsultancy in 2017, "Public Speaking" from City Lit in 2017, "Agile Practitioner Project Management and Practitioner Qualification" from APMG International in 2017, and "Digital Marketing Strategy" from London College of Communication in 2016.
