Niklas Schmitz is an experienced academic and research professional currently serving as a Supervisor and Teaching Assistant for undergraduate and MPhil macroeconomics courses at the University of Cambridge. Niklas has a diverse research background, mentoring high school students at Lumiere Education and completing an internship in economic research at Point72. Previously, Niklas gained insight into financial regulation and policy during a traineeship at the European Central Bank, alongside internships focusing on economic modeling and research at Deutsche Bundesbank, Allianz, and Simon-Kucher & Partners.
