Sara Baker

Sara Baker is an accomplished academic and consultant with extensive experience in developmental psychology and education. Currently serving as the Academic Lead for Cambridge Close the Gap at the University of Cambridge since October 2011, Sara Baker focuses on transformative organizational change within doctoral student admissions to promote epistemic and social justice. Previous roles include Professor of Developmental Psychology and Education, Senior Lecturer, and Lecturer. Sara Baker has also held consultancy positions with Right To Play and UNESCO-IBE, as well as serving as a Science of Learning Fellow. Sara Baker earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master's degree in Psychology from Université Paris 8.
