Victor Liao

Victor Liao, Ph.D., currently serves as a Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge since April 2024. Previously, Victor was the Founding R&D Director at Creative Biosciences (Guangzhou) CO., Ltd, a leading unicorn biotech company specializing in point-of-care testing and in vitro diagnostics from March 2021 to May 2024. Victor holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Bio-Nanotechnology from The University of Queensland and a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Biomedical Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
