Micky Lu

Micky Lu currently serves as an Internationalisation Officer at the University of Canterbury, where responsibilities include leading internationalisation projects, coordinating various events, and providing pastoral care for international students. Micky has also contributed to academic research by writing three papers on ethical leadership and has been a guest lecturer on the subject within the Advanced Human Resource course. Prior experience includes working as a Project Consultant at Boma New Zealand, where a global ethical leadership framework was developed, and serving as a Store Manager at Fast Retailing. Micky holds a Master's degree in Business Management with Distinction from the University of Canterbury and is currently pursuing a PhD in Management and Leadership at the same institution, alongside an undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanjing Tech University.
