Ning Chen

Ning (Chris) Chen serves as the UCE Academic Lead at the University of Canterbury since November 2015, focusing on building collaborative relationships between the UC Business School and the UC Centre of Entrepreneurship. Additional roles include Adjunct Professor at Ningxia University and Associate Editor for the peer-reviewed journal Event Management, which supports research in the events industry. Prior experience encompasses various academic positions at institutions such as the University of Lincoln, Macquarie University, NYU Sydney, and the University of New South Wales. Ning holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of New South Wales and advanced degrees from Tsinghua University, including a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering and a Bachelor's in Fundamental Sciences.
