Henry Chua M.D.

Henry Chua MD, FPCS, FPSGS, FPALES, FACS has extensive experience in the field of surgery. Henry Chua MD, FPCS, is currently serving as the Director and Chief of Minimally Invasive Surgery at Cebu Doctors' University Hospital Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery and Cebu Doctors' University Hospital, respectively. Henry Chua MD, FPCS, is also an Associate Professor at Cebu Doctors University College of Medicine.

Prior to their current roles, Dr. Chua served as the Chief of Minimally Invasive Surgery at University of Cebu Medical Center - UCMed and as a Surgeon & Senior Partner at Premiere Surgery Group - Cebu.

Throughout their career, Dr. Chua had opportunities to gain international experience as a Visiting Surgeon at Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital and as an Honorary Fellow at National University Hospital. Henry Chua MD, FPCS, started their medical journey as a General Surgery Resident at Cebu Doctors' University Hospital after completing their Post-Graduate Internship at Chong Hua Hospital.

Henry Chua completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Cebu Doctors' University in Mandaue City from 1992 to 1995. Henry Chua MD, FPCS, then pursued a Doctor of Medicine at the same institution from 1995 to 1999.
