Bridget Fortenberry

Bridget Fortenberry, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management at the University of Central Arkansas since September 2023. Previously, Bridget held various roles within the University of Arkansas System from March 2020 to March 2024, including Assistant to the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources. At the University of Central Arkansas, Bridget also worked as the Human Resources Associate Director and Human Resources Operations Manager from August 2015 to March 2020. Prior experience includes positions in human resources at ElectroCraft Arkansas from March 2004 to August 2015. Bridget Fortenberry holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Arkansas, along with a Bachelor's degree in Management and an Associate's degree from Arkansas State University-Beebe.
