Mollie Henager

Mollie Henager, MPS, currently serves as Senior Director of Foundation Relations in Development at the University of Central Arkansas, focusing on grant writing and major gifts fundraising for the College of Education. Prior to this role, Mollie was Development Coordinator at Arkansas United, where grant management and grassroots fundraising supported immigration advocacy efforts. Mollie's experience includes leadership positions at Awamaki, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing international partnerships and program evaluation to facilitating strategic planning. Mollie also contributed as a McLarty Scholar with Vital Voices Global Partnership and gained valuable skills as an intern with the Arkansas District Export Council. Mollie holds a Master of Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Central Arkansas.
