Casey Deiter

Casey Deiter is a seasoned sound designer and engineer with extensive experience in technical theatre and audio production. Currently serving as a Sound Designer and Engineer at the University of Central Florida since August 2021, Casey previously held roles as Technical Director at Front Page Productions and as a Resident Sound Designer and Audio Engineer at Venice Theatre, where involvement in over 25 productions in a season was pivotal. With a background that includes curriculum development for an accredited technical theatre program and experience as a recording studio intern at Stetson University, Casey also possesses expertise in video and audio production using various software. A Bachelor of Music in Music Technology was earned from Stetson University, complemented by internships at HARMAN International and leadership roles in audio-related organizations.
