Chris Turnage

Chris Turnage is an experienced manager in facilities maintenance and operations with a substantial background in hospitality and service management. Currently serving as the Manager of Facilities Maintenance and Housekeeping at the University of Central Florida, Chris oversees a team responsible for approximately 4,500 student housing units. Previously, Chris held the position of Senior Account Manager at Massey Services, Inc., focusing on pest prevention and landscape services for multi-family communities. Additionally, Chris has significant experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Duty Manager at Walt Disney World, where leadership was provided to various hotel operations. Chris also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Central Florida and has a robust history in the banking sector as a Vice President/Branch Manager at SunTrust Bank. Chris holds a Master's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
