Claudia Bello Punto

Claudia Bello Punto serves as the Assistant Director of Infrastructure and Systems Management and Web Projects Analyst III at the University of Central Florida since March 2017, specializing in the development and management of the Salesforce Community for the Florida Center for Students with Unique Abilities (FCSUA). Responsibilities include acting as a Business Analyst, automating processes, managing Salesforce and Conga systems, and providing training. Prior experience includes working as a Web Applications Developer II at Softel, Informartic Solutions, contributing to a web tool for medical digital image segmentation, and serving as a Researcher at the Advanced Technology Application Center (CENATAV), focusing on enhancing Speech and Speaker Recognition systems. Claudia holds a Master of Science in Professional Management with a Business Analytics track from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Technological University of Havana José Antonio Echeverría (Cujae).
