Harmony Brown

Harmony Brown serves as the Associate Director of Alumni Engagement at the University of Central Florida since August 2023, following a successful tenure in education and community engagement. Previously, Harmony worked with Orange County Public Schools from June 2019 to August 2023, where an impactful role as an Elementary Educator led to a significant increase in student test scores and growth across various content areas. Additionally, Harmony held the position of Parent and Community Engagement Liaison, effectively coordinating high-level meetings and managing multiple projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Case Manager Supervisor and HR Generalist at LINKS Targeted Case Management Services, LLC, and working as a Child Protective Investigator with the Florida Department of Children and Families. Harmony holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
