Jillian Harrington

Jillian Harrington, EdD, is currently a full-time lecturer in the MHA and EMHA programs at the University of Central Florida, with additional roles as a visiting lecturer and adjunct faculty scholar in healthcare financial management and accounting. Concurrently, Jillian serves as an adjunct professor in the MBA with Healthcare Focus program at Florida Southern College and holds longstanding adjunct faculty positions at Robert Morris University, teaching health administration courses. As president and principal consultant of ComplyCode, Jillian oversees a healthcare consulting firm focused on compliance and risk management. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Dean of the School of Health Sciences at Ana G. Mendez University and as Director of Compliance and Risk Management at Binghamton University. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University and multiple advanced degrees in health systems administration and business management.
