Kersten Schroeder

Kersten Schroeder serves as an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Central Florida since August 2017, previously holding the title of Assistant Professor of Medicine. Prior to this, Kersten Schroeder was an Assistant Professor of Biochemistry at LECOM-Bradenton from January 2012 to July 2017 and worked as a Post-doctoral Research Assistant at the University of Dundee from August 2007 until December 2011. Earlier experience includes a research position at Florida State University between August 2006 and August 2007. Kersten Schroeder earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry from Florida State University, where studies were conducted from 1999 to 2006, and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology & Cell Sciences from the University of Florida from 1996 to 1999.
