Michael Chetta

Michael Chetta, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of the MS in I-O Psychology program at the University of Central Florida, where responsibilities include student advisement, applicant evaluation, curriculum development, and program assessment. In addition, Michael Chetta is a full-time lecturer at the same institution, instructing undergraduate and graduate courses in I-O Psychology. As Head of Research at Kaizen Human Capital and Senior Principal Consultant & Managing Partner at Talent Metrics, responsibilities encompass consulting on talent management and leveraging HR metrics to inform business decisions. Previous experience includes faculty roles at Touro University, event organization for the METRO NY Association of Applied Psychology, and organizational effectiveness roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Michael Chetta earned a Ph.D. in Applied Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Master's Degree in Business from Dowling College.
