Mike Borowczak

Mike Borowczak is an accomplished academic and industry professional with a robust background in electrical and computer engineering. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at the University of Central Florida and a Joint Appointee at Idaho National Laboratory, Mike also holds the position of Co-Founder at Freyja Labs. Previously, Mike was a Templeton Professor at the University of Wyoming, where Mike directed the Cybersecurity Education and Research Center. Mike's extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Data Scientist at Automox and NetApp SolidFire, as well as Hardware Security Architect at Intel Corporation. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering focused on Hardware Security & VLSI Design Automation from the University of Cincinnati, Mike has led various research initiatives and developed innovative educational products in the field.
