Rachel Barnes Eisenberg

Rachel Barnes Eisenberg is an accomplished development professional with extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising and donor relations. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Prospect Management at the University of Central Florida since June 2022, Rachel manages the optimization and analysis of fundraiser portfolios while facilitating pipeline meetings and consultations. Previously, Rachel held roles such as Major Gift Manager at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida and Development Coordinator at Florida Symphony Youth Orchestras, where strong donor relationships and strategic fundraising initiatives were prioritized. Rachel has also worked as a Development Officer at Pace University, where significant gifts from alumni were cultivated and solicited.
