Scott Krouse

Scott Krouse, CPTD, currently serves as a Training Specialist II at the University of Central Florida, where responsibilities include developing and managing training programs for the Facilities and Business Operations Division. Concurrently, Scott is the President of ATD Central Florida, guiding the organization's strategic direction and overseeing operations. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Chapter Operations for ATD Central Florida, Operations and Training Manager with the US Army Reserve, and Training and Development Manager at Precise Systems, Inc., among others. Scott boasts a strong educational background with a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Social Science Teacher Education, both from the University of Central Florida.
