Paul Rowe

Paul Rowe is currently the Director of International Partnerships at the University of Central Lancashire. Prior to this, Paul held various roles such as International Foundation Programmes Manager/Senior Lecturer at The University of Bolton, Curriculum Leader at Blackpool and The Fylde College, and In-house Corporate Trainer at American Express. Paul holds a Master of Education from Lancaster University, as well as various teaching certifications in English as a Second or Foreign Language.
