Bill Brinkley

Bill Brinkley serves as the Police Chief and Director of Public Safety at the University of Central Missouri, where responsibilities include regulatory compliance with the Clery Act, FBI UCR, and other legal mandates, as well as managing police records. Brinkley's law enforcement career at the university began with the role of Police Officer, focusing on campus safety and crime prevention. Prior to this, Bill co-owned Double B Satellites, handling sales and service of satellite equipment. Bill holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri.
