Kristin Salas is an experienced higher education professional with a strong background in student success and academic advising. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Student Success at the University of Central Missouri since November 2014, Kristin has also held positions as a Senior Academic Success Advisor and Academic Advisor at the same institution. Prior to this, Kristin worked at Bellevue University from April 2010 to October 2014 as a Manager and Academic Advisor. Kristin's career began at the University of Maryland University College, where responsibilities included serving as the Assistant to the Registrar from March 2008 to November 2009. Kristin holds a Master of Science in Organizational Performance from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from the University of Maryland University College.
